I have no issues with the team or staff. We got rid of Gilbert and that’s all I wanted. I would rather Shaun King be the OC, but will have faith that CCS chose the best person for now. I would personally rather make Shaun King Rd and QB coach if Justin Burke or somebody from the outside is going to be the OC. But I am good with the staff we have right now. As for the players, I think we are good in all positions, just very young. I love the  recruits who came in last year and think we have some studs coming in this year. I feel this off season, many players will take their conditioning to the next level. Players I can’t wait to see play –

  1. McDoom
  2. Leacock
  3. Waller
  4. Devante Dukes
  5. The other running backs
  6. Incoming linebackers - Darius Williams and  Demaurez Bellamy
  7. Trey Laing
  8. Stacey Kirby was our highest ranked defensive player recruited. Im not sure if he played, but curious to see if he can ball. Not sure if he is still a linebacker or DE.

Maaaaan, we have players, just young, and after this summer of conditioning, I see 10 wins next year if not us going undefeated.

Did we ever pass the ban for life of people that predict this?

Undefeated?? Heck I’m gonna be happy if we get 6 or 7 wins next season. I think we are a few years away hopefully if all the right pieces fall into place.

7-5. We need to recruiter bigger, stronger, and faster players. All five of those losses are on the players... Wait I changed my mind the loses are on me because we were not prepared... CCS

I just hope we play every game like we want to win it.

I would be ok if we won our side of the conference next year, and at least beat UCF.

I would be elated.  Get to the freaking conference championship game!  Lots of talk here about how our conference sucks, but we have still not been able to achieve this.

Which is not uncommon. I'm sure - somewhere in Cleveland - there's a guy saying "Yeah! Next year Superbowl". The great thing about such statements is they don't cost anyone real money and everybody loves a cheerleader (to a degree). Because the last thing anyone wants to do is temper expectations (e.g. no, you ain't that good and you're ain't gonna be next year either). Yay! Go team go!

And Dave's right...we need to at least make it to the conference championship. If we were playing with real money, would you bet on being there next season?

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
