It wasn't a particularly good Gators team (.500 in the SEC), and we had our chances to make some noise that year, but we lost a handful of close conference games. I definitely think we had better athletes than we do now. If you go back and watch the highlights, is there any way the 2018 team powers the ball in from 5 yards out?
