And we were appreciative to have those sand spurs! Those yougons will never understand the words “empty keg”, the “Greenery”, “Fontana Hall”...just a bunch of spoiled brats..,,

Oh wow no more Fontana Hall... (never lived there but friend did).  It was definitely past it's prime.

wait-- Fontana is no longer there? Is the identical building across the street that was for assisted living (IIRC) still there?

Fontana long gone (about 6 years ago). Yes, the identical building is still there.
