My personal favorite part of the shammockery of an investigation is we were trying to protect the team but then we couldn’t even manage to take the time and effort to properly make a pdf and the witnesses were unmasked in a matter of minutes.

Yes and USF collaborator Brett McMurphy published them on the internet, only to take them down later.  I still have the unprotected PDF that identified the participants (many were not witnesses, just passed on second and third hand stories).

How many national championships do you think we have if CJL wasn't fired?

If you can’t build a case on hearsay what can you build it upon? Especially if you can’t prove a negative so if anyone says they were a witness but didn’t see it happen you can just dismiss them as having not had the right vantage point or not looking at that specific direction when the “incident” happened.

You can ALWAYS prove a negative...that’s why we have attorneys

Well since his attorneys won I guess CJL’s negative was proven.

Probably none, but I would say we would have won some conference titles and had a NY6 bowl game.

One way or the other he was always going to lose that fight.

Well, I personally would have liked to not have a scandal on our hands and a piss poor excuse for a football team when all of the conference realignment was happening. I doubt that there is a chance we would have been included, but, we sure set ourselves up to be in the left-behind club.
