Just heard the director of gasparilla bowl on 1040.  It’s definitely AAC vs ACC and I’d be shocked if they took USF.

Normally I'd be too. But Miami closed the season strong while we flamed out. Wake we may have a chance but Miami will roll us.

Talked about bringing in teams to fill hotel rooms restaurants etc and the bowl helping to sell the area.  I could be wrong but I think we’re Cure bowl bound

I don’t see how USF in Cure helps sell Orlando if you look at it vice versa.

I think we’d sell 5 times the tickets against ACC in Tampa vs. CUSA or Sun Belt in Orlando or Boca.

And another team would bring in five times the fans we would as our fans know we're going to lose.

Read what I write here; 7-6. That's right, 7-6 is our record for this year. Learn it, embrace it, love it.

At least the Cure Bowl is on a Saturday... Gasparilla is on a Tuesday...

Plus I don't see USF playing a home game if at all possible.

Oh, and the Cure Bowl announced yesterday the Sun Belt team will be the runner up (loser of App State vs Troy)...

Would love to see USF vs App State as the silk purse out of the sow's ear of the season..
