That is how a team that can’t use state funds and a little to no donor base has to do it.  Mean while UCF is adding yet another building that will ring the perimeter of their stadium along with the lazy river thing.  I’m willing to bet that within ten years UCF’s stadium will look a lot more like FSU’s than what it does today.  USF fans will still be ******** about an on campus stadium.

Plus, you can always misuse academic funds or $ for players’ families if you want to build anything else.
