You also have to take into account that visiting fanbase allotments never help out in this conference so there is always a few k released late. Conference Championship games always take longer to sell bc you don't have the guarantee of every season ticket holder buying. That is what I figured when that 3,000 number was posted. Wasn't it Temple who sold less that 100 tickets when they played at Houston in 2015?

They are as fair weather as anyone in the AAC. Except this doesn’t fall in to the fair weather fan category. The weather over there can’t get much fairer. Maybe the reality of their situation has finally sunk in to a lot of them.

Yes, this is not the conference I want us in but guess what? We are going to be here a while. Why pass up seeing your alma matter play? The best we can hope for is the destruction of the Big12 and those remaining schools (4 of them) get the best right from the AAC and MWC and keep the Big12 name. However, I suspect this will not be a power conference...maybe it will be able to get a NYD bowl alliance under certain conditions.

That was our Homecoming game which means most of the reason it got so high was because the students and Alum... if we had an on campus stadium we would automatically jump yo 40,000 per game. They would need to build a 50,000 to 55,000 seat stadium that can expand to 65,000. But maybe the Ray J will be our home for ever like Miami. This is so dumb I can't even... It'd be like if the losing teams' fans made fun of the attendance of the other teams' Superbowl parade. Yeah you're gonna make them feel soooo bad. Please stop this thread. And yes I understand the irony of keeping the thread going by posting to say 'don't post anymore', but someone has to point out this does more harm than good.... 2
