Wrong. In our current position, What happens is that you contact one or maybe two prospective personnel and gauge their interest. If they are interested in coming on board, you make the call if not, you stand pat.

There’s a team meeting tonight, so that could be make or break. I bet after the meeting things will be more clear

Brad might have to take the site down a couple of days for emergency maintenance if kelly gives strong an extension.

Don't we have to write him up a new contract this year now that his Texas money has run out? If that's the case, we're 100% going to give him a minimum of 3 years 2019-2021.

Or what? The program comes to an end?

So if CCS is fired in 2-4 weeks instead of this week, does that mean you would be furiously against it because the timing is wrong? 

The only deadline I see is when the 3rd year of the contract kicks in which I believe to be January 1st.
