That's a perfect definition of bad sportsmanship, I do not support, was the coach aware of this plan ahead of time, if yes then that's poor coaching.

Even if he wasn’t and saw what happened they should have never played in the game. You should always respect the game and your opponent.

Ugh hate to hear that and hope it's not true. Even in rivalry week you can shake hands at the start... unless something happened pre game we don't know about.

It's small in the scheme of things, but still doesn't make it right.

Did not hear of this.  If it’s true, it disgusts me.  Shake hands and do your job during the game.  (We didn’t).

Fighters who dislike each other refuse to touch gloves before a big fight. I think it is fine and can even be used as a mental tactic to get into the heads of the other guys.

Not shaking hands AFTER the game is much more disrespectful.

Its not like they ended up throwing punches like the handful of other games saw this weekend.

There were plenty of reasons for concern on Saturday, this isn’t in the top 1000.

Poor sportsmanship- period.

I would like to know why they did it for starters. WHo was behind it? Did the coaches know? Even if the coaches didn't know, it shows a lack of discipline and proper coaching to have players act this way.

Not a fan of this behavior from any athlete.

We were on a four game losing streak and these kids tried to act tough...please...save it for where it is needed..on the field. This year our DBs mouthed off almost the entire game as they were getting toasted. Kids got to learn...

Disagree.  And how bad is actually is depends on whether it had the blessings of the coach.  If it were 3 individuals that decided at that time not to do it is bad.  But can't imagine this wasn't a decision made prior to walking out there.  MOST times, in days of yore, fighters touched gloves.  Sure there were probably exceptions but I can't remember them.
