I think the donation piece helps with some of that.. and no new signups eligibility without confirmation (you cna figure that part out.

I think the link says if you just donate at this time you will be auto entered; not really sure how that works but it’s what it says.

Had a problem with mapping donors into the pool.  Delayed the drawing to get everyone in.  No more can.  Drawing is in 2.5 hours so we'll know in the morning.  Again, only one set per entry.  There are only 9 entrants, so if a name comes up twice, the giveaway will be re-drawn.
