I looks like to me $500,000 for each year left. So $1.5 mill at this point.

So it says his base salary is $500,000 per year and if terminated without cause we owe him only the base salary

As pointed out before this a memorandum of understanding and not the actual contract but I believe the nuts and bolts of the contract are the same.

So not only did Usf sign a failed older re tread...we signed a bad deal for us.  I guess we should be happy we didnt give him a 4 year extension after his first year.

I can’t read all of it. Did it guarantee his whole paycheck?
