Reading the contract the buyout is less than half a years salary.   20 weeks of salary only if he gets fired  This is a sweet deal for USF.

The sad part is firing him won't fix the issue; unless they hire a better coach. Can you tell me where that coach is located and is he willing to go to USF?

Well I am sure there is an up and coming coordinator who might like the job. Certainly better than what we will be paying CCS for the sos and excuses

I say give him two more years. Let his system be full with his recruits that  have time to develop have had some experience in the system.

This too ☝️

I agree... I just want a  new OC... I think that would be a big step in the right direction.

I 100% agree with that. If we called the plays we ran against GTECH short and medium passing routes to comeback consistently we would have a chance. The backups were even hitting those routes. BB is saying to himself, do you miss me yet? I noticed his arm wasn't as good the last few games and this explains a lot.

Last I checked the scoreboard doesn't have a spot for current bank balance on it.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
