If not this team is not good. No excuse to not win by atleast 30 and put up over 50 points.

Or we will try to win by one point on the final play of the game. 😀

This article is spot on, however, I don’t see it happening.  Bulls win but by less than 30 and don’t score 50.  The game plan will be ultra conservative on both sides of the ball and CCS will want to get backups plenty of experience and get out of this game with a win and minimal injuries.

Ya, we need to make a statement and destroy the bad team.

However I don't see it.

We either do our usual first half struggle and claw back in or we do blow them out and then Charlie, properly in my opinion, puts the freshmen in for experience and the score ends up close.

I'd expect a comfortable win but not the epic blow out I would like.

Having played so many young guys already, I'm not sure that needs to be a priority. I do think that a little more rest for all the true freshmen that have already played a lot wouldn't be a bad thing.

UCONN is so bad they are burning the midnight oil trying to figure out how to get a more vanilla playbook than the already vanilla playbook they've been using against the weaker teams. It is a challenge.

As much as we fans would love to finally see a real blowout, it's just not CCS' style as has been discussed over and over on TBP.  Hope I'm wrong about this game.

GO BULLS!

Either way this win will be minimized.  If we win by a large spread, as predicted, then oh it was against UConn (one of the worst FBS teams this year).  If we win in a close game, we will be the laughing stock of ESPN (they have to mention us because we are ranked in the top 25).  Playing such a weak opponent does nothing good for us.  We have to play UConn because they are a conference foe, but the argument goes the same for Elon & UMass.  God forbid we lose.

I looked at who they have played and all are pretty good this year. We must beat the breaks off of them, but as El Toro said it’s just not Stongs way. If we are up by 30 at halftime most will sit.

Just Win Baby.  I do think this will be a blowout. Cronkrite may go over 200.  No injuries for this game please!
