In Texas - Tex, Houston, Texas Tech, and aTm - MAYBE but its a real long shot.  They all seemed to have been good in different eras. 

Cali??  USC, UCLA and then who?  SDSU?  Fresno State?? 

My money is on this only ever happening in the State of Florida.  I wonder why it doesn't get more pub?  Its quite an accomplishment.

Yep forgot about Stanford and Cal.  Still don't remember all 4 of them being that good at the same time but I could very well be and probably am mistaken. 

I recall seeing Fresno State show up a few times since 2007 so its possible.

In Texas you also have to think of Baylor and TCU
