According to a report in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, after completing its investigation of Baylor University and its handling of sexual assault allegations that were made between 2011 and 2015, the NCAA is alleging the school and its athletic department had a "lack of institutional control."

In addition to the school, the NCAA found that former Baylor football coach Art Briles failed to "promote an atmosphere of compliance," by committing violations that fall under "head coach responsibility."

Could be.  I think there will be realignment/some changes next go around 2023 or whatever it is.

Shouldn’t this be in the realignment thread on the Main board. It’s been kind of lonely lately ....
