Sell season tickets in advance for 3 or more years in the new stadium. The 20k of us who still paid through the last 2 years of CSH and first 2 of CWT would surely buy in. That should kickstart some donations, plus a more moderate student fee, more TV money and parking & concessions should pay for this thing.

As stated before, a $200 million loan at 4.5% for 30 years would be payments of $1 million a month.
