Game is officially on local Tampa TV channel 38.

If channel 38 in Tampa is going to broadcast it, and you are in the Tampa area, then all you need is a OTA antenna to pick up the game.  Your TV will need tuner, which most HDTVs have, but there are newer HDTVs that do not include a tuner.
