No it has a lot to do with the amount of talent he accumulates and at USF it was the drastic stabilization of the program.  He had his best success here, the place he stayed the longest so far.  If he didn't chase the money to Oregon, I'm sure we would have had a comparable season last year.  I like CCS and think he will continue the good recruiting and the success CWT started.  CWT may fail miserably at FSU, but that doesn't lessen the positive impact he had here.
