I'm sure this is bad, but using education funds to pay for the college of arts and humanities building doesn't seem egregious to me.  Meh.

Apparently bad enough for your CFO to have a forced resignation, it may not be that bad but it’s also not that good.

It promotes accountability.  Taking money earmarked for students and building with it is to violate the funding priorities in the budget.  I worked in government and always hated how we needed to line item even the smallest things in the budget (since I figured it was just one pot of money anyway) but came to realize that it was about accountability to the taxpayers and using the money only for which it was approved.

The UCF students don't like when you tell them they were admitted to cover multiple screw ups by the university...I was kinda half joking but it's true!  They are running their own pyramid scheme....ADMIT AS MANY STUDENTS AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!
