Great to see!  Florida schools have really climbed a lot over the last 5 years; uf, FSU and USF have all made large jumps.  It’s great the state is investing in its universities. The preeminent funding for USF should ensure it stays on the rise!

USF was "tier 3" when I enrolled (2007) and "tier 1" before I graduated:

 

Compare 2011 to 2019:

USF then 183, now 124 (59 spots)

UCF then 179, now 165 (14 spots)

Just cracking the top 100 would be a big deal, and we are close. Already have UF and FSU scheming to keep all the state university funding to themselves to maintain seperation.
