USF really made strides with Genshaft at the helm.

in terms of academics & research, there's no doubt USF is the best public institution in the state after UF & FSU, & much of that is due to Genshaft's tenure.

FSU's academics are akin to Miami's football team. This isn't the 1990s, anymore.
