Even without P5 money we would be competitive in this conference.  Give us access to P5 TV money and we would compete for ACC championships over time.

Also the win over GT should put is 9-10 vs ACC ( according to this http://mcubed.net/ncaaf/tvc/sf/acc.shtml ) Also that isn't counting wins vs BE teams now in the ACC, it did include the 2 wins vs Syracuse since they were in the ACC. 

So we need to get VT, Virginia, Wake Forest, Boston College and Duke on the schedule it seems. Or play them in a bowl game.

If we're counting wins against teams that are currently in the ACC, I show that we're 24 - 27, assuming we count Notre Dame as an ACC member.
