D line looked out of place at tImes #54 especially looked bad. Also really worried as they didn’t play physical. They keep saying that they have depth there hopefully getting fresh bodies in helps.

if they don’t have significant improvement GT runs for 500yds. Ofence might not see the ball enough to make it a shootout.

What happened to the Duke transfers on the DLine?  Did they see any action?  I thought these 2 would provide good depth after Senat and Hector.

It’s interesting that CCS mentioned that Dline would be the strength of the team.🙄

Good point. I never heard them mentioned once on the tv broadcast (tv crew sucked).

Also, didn’t we keep hearing the D was ahead of offense all preseason?

IMO this is not a matter of playing a vanilla D. For a 3-4 or 4-3 D to work those DT need to be nasty. They appeared to get pushed around by Elon and I dont recall their QB being rushed or pressured by the D line...

USF gave up almost 200 yards and 3.9 per carry... Against Elon.

Next week the Rambling 'Reck are gonna be like a knife through butter.

Anyone else concerned??

If it's an ice cold knife through butter, I'm not concerned ...

A hot knife ... well ...

Maybe that was a motivational tactic for the DLine?

Concerned but GT running game is a little different. They will try to go after the edge more than straight downhill.

I actually expect them to try the dive first most of the time. 🤣

We don't run either of those defenses.

I think people are reading too much into the first game like they always do.
