Makes sense but he played it off well by continuing to call him his guy and distancing himself from that gaff.

Gilbert had to be the guy. Blake isn’t good at running the HB Dive and Gilbert knew that is an integral part of his offense.

Idk the offensive coordinator and the head coaches votes are probably enough to form the majority, like philosopher kings in Plato’s Republic. My guess is it’s the guy that assumes he would get the oc gig after Gilbert would have been fired at the end of the year had anyone else started, is the one tossing hinky votes.
