USF GK selceted as preseason AAC keeper of the year.

 USF men's soccer goalkeeper Christian Knight (Odessa, Fla.) was voted The American Preseason Goalkeeper of the Year by the American Athletic Conference coaches, announced by the conference Tuesday.  
Knight, who transferred to USF in 2016 from the University of Tampa, played and started in 11 games in 2017, where he led the conference in saves per game. He was named The American Goalkeeper of the Week on Oct. 30, 2017 following his epic performance against SMU with 15 saves.

Defense wins championships.

We really should try to utilize our non-football sports as a farm system for our football team. You can throw a baseball, can you throw a football? You can block a soccer ball, can you block a FG? You can run fast in track, but could you run just as fast if someone hands you a football to run with?
