So in other words the original article posted was irrelevant. I feel pretty bad for Kean through all of this. Everyone basically penciled him out.

Don’t know how that’s worth a downvote but sweet.

Hopefully BK and every other USF athlete learns from this.

Oh ****...it’s on now. Don’t think we have ever had this kind of QB depth before.

Now I wonder how short of a leash will the starter have once he wins the job? By all accounts it seems to be a very close race. It probably won't be an issue vs Elon but what if the starter has a bad first quarter or first half vs Georgia Tech and we fall behind. I wonder if Strong will roll with him or try someone else.

The all may want to invest in those shin guards lest a foot get broken.

Was thinking same thing.  For those familiar with CCS’s time in Texas and Louisville (assuming fairly competitive group of QBs), is he more likely to fall in love with his chosen starter or have a quick trigger finger?

Make no mistake about it...Barnett will start. Kean and O may play against Elon in the second half. CCS will say that he feels more comfortable with the stars given to Barnett out of high school and the experience gained while being at Bama and ASU.

In other words, he didn't recruit the other two. After watching spring ball he had to get help at the position.

With the climate going on in NCAA athletics, you’re either moving forward at a hard pace or you’re not. I think what intrigued me the most is they’re very determined to become a big player nationally.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
