I don't think any of them will be calling any time soon.

Idk shouldn’t CWT be ready for a job change anytime now?

I know print isn’t sometimes the best way to detect tone but CCS reads like he is pretty excited and happy to be here which isn’t exactly the message some people try to portray about him. I think he is just a boring anti politician that doesn’t enjoy shaking hands and small talk. I don’t think anyone would say he didn’t start out pumped to be at Texas yet he apparently had some of the same issues, I think it’s just Charlie being Charlie and he just wants to Coach Football, have a few pressers and be left alone.

Pretty much agree but all I really want to know is does he use "we" or "they" when talking about the team?

I would imagine his age plays a factor as well and he deals with a lot less stress here than he would a p5 in Florida. I wouldn’t think he’d be crawling back into something bigger after Texas anytime soon.

In addition I feel he can set a nice legacy at UF as well. He mad his money from the Texas contract, USF should be able 2 pay 3 mil a year after his Texas contract runs out. I just dont see him leaving except for the UF job.

I agree and I think he’d add a lot of discipline that’s lacked there but I’m hoping he keeps that here.

A few AAC titles,  NY6 bowl victories, possibly being the first G6 to crash the playoffs and he easily retires as USFs version of Spurrier/Bowden. And hell God forbid we actually join a P5 conference. Plus Tampa has beaches. Trust me, you realize how much you take it for granted when you move out of Florida.

His wife’s family is in Lakeland if I’m not mistaken, so that’s a huge advantage as well.

Precisely, but CWT and CCS are/were in a bit different of scenarios

True, they were in the up & coming group. CCS is in the veteran/proven group (UF/UL) even with the UT hiccup. Not sure that bodes better for USF.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
