Of most concern is FAMU being consistently higher each year. Their annual enrollment is a fraction of USF.

Sure, but why would it be significantly different than those who already donate to USF Athletics (a measly 1%)?

I'm shocked there are 14K on the road.  That number seems very high.  

BTW, is there anything in FL not being saved and that has their own license plate?  I want a license plate to fund getting rid of speciality license plates.  How embarrassing.
