Did you know our only loss to Elon came in the inaugural season of 1997?

Did you know Elon has had eight players drafted in the NFL in the last 48 years?  The most recent being in 2013 when WR Aaron Mellette was drafted by the Ravens.

Did you know popular MLB umpire, Joe West, was a '74 graduate of Elon?

Did you know the mix of male/female at Elon is 41% male, 59% female?    (numbers might not equal 100 due to rounding).

I remember a discussion at a home game the week before the Elon game in 1997. Who is Elon? This will be an easy win (expectations grew rapidly that first year). Of course that ended up a loss.

Popular or infamous?  A wandering strike zone and a pretty nasty temper.  Hope he's better as a singer.
