Right there with you but I can say that I'm pretty shocked that this is/isn't/maybe a thing for Kean. He's always seemed like a kid that was a great teammate and had a good head on his shoulders.   Being the team's leader is a big part of a QB's job description and if this is true it would certainly show a huge lack of leadership.  BB and Oladokun now seem primed for a head to head competition for that starting spot. Hard to justify splitting the reps 3 ways when one of the guys isn't taking care of business off the field.

Mcknurkle, thanks for looking into this report. Wow! False news is everywhere. Hopefully all is well with BK.  Prob see this on ESPN before it's over....they don't look for to many positives.

I have no knowledge of this situation, but here is a NCAA bylaw that seems relevant:

 

14.4.3.1.6

Football student-athletes who do not earn 9-semester/8-quarter hours during the fall term and fail to earn the eligibility point may not be eligible to compete during the first four games during the next season

He didn't lie... he was dealing with an issue.. but, he's confident they can get it resolved... maybe that's why USF is mute? I'm just going to wait.. I've been dealing with this since midnight.

By the way, privacy laws require USF to be mute about a students academic progress, unless that student waives those rights.
