Looks like David Villar has already been moved up to A short season.  That means all 4 off our players from last year are out of the developmental and straight rookie leagues. They are either in A as in DV or in rookie advanced. The players in these leagues are thought to be further along in their development than players in the pure Rookie leagues, and hence games are more competitive. Teams in these leagues sell concessions and charge admission....ooooo concessions!
