The Cincinnati Bengals wrapped up their minicamp on Thursday and for former-USF quarterback Quinton Flowers, it was part of his journey to an NFL roster in a brand-new position — running back.

QF has moves to escape like no other "normal" player. I wish him luck and much success. Glad to see him gone from USF. Finally!

Made me look to see who posted this.  Most of us feel the same way about your QB.  Any chance he transfers to Nebraska?

It's okay, their new coach will hopefully change everything up & confuse the talent out of the young man...

I would not say 0%, but close to it. Neb has a high profile Freshman, the new Coach has been preaching even more vertical throws and MM was college footballs most accurate long thrower, so I think he is being catered to. Why would he leave, have to sit a year, and try and unseat a 5* like guy.

MM loves Orlando, his GF now goes to UCf ( I think) his Mom relocated to live with him to keep him focused. He is attending some big time academies, next up is Manning Passing academy as a Counselor/Coach, so I would think he stays, and most of the leave for Neb train is left the station long ago.

I think that is highly unlikely. He has been vocal about saying all of the nomenclature has been adopted by the new coaches. They learned the base stuff, and are adding, but all the things that mean X,Y and Z, stay the same.

Just like Strong did when he came to USF.

Smart move. Why make 100 people change things , learn new things, as opposed to 10 guys learning the language. Smart being smart.

There's no sense in trying to destroy my hope. He will fail, that is all. ;)

I’m gonna really miss not seeing QF under center this year for our Bulls.  He transcended just being a great QB.  He was transformative for this athletic department.  We got a lot of national attention because of him.  I would not bet against this kid in finding a spot on an NFL roster.

“In my mind, I’m kind of like, ‘OK, excuses over'. We know what we need to do. We’ve got the right team together, and now we move forward, and we’ll evaluate and be accountable to each other, including myself, from this point forward.”
