Isn’t that the ironic thing the less you work the better you to get in the harder you work the less you getIsn’t that the ironic thing the less you work the better you to get in the harder you work the less you get

I felt like Harlan was Judy’s Arm trophy

About $2 million less than Jurich would cost us.

True that. It will be work, the work Harlan chose  not to do. But if it is interesting our big Bulls and their wallets then let’s not kill it yet. He will have to be willing to do true campaigning and roll his sleeves up. Harlan pussed out on this.

Until someone comes in and actually does  get the donation levels up to where they need to be for this type program, we really don’t have any idea it CAN be done. All we really know right now is that it hasn’t been done by anyone here yet so saying Harlan pussed out may be a tad premature.

Don’t know how much the job here got him a raise...I suspect it was more of his UCLA conventions. He was a **** ass for us...

Without being AD here first, he never gets the job at Utah.

That’s a fair point. I was thinking in terms of getting things done.

This AD search is just like a football or men's bball coaching search!

Newbie to the AD job. Right now, we don't need that, like football didn't need an unproven assistant taking over.

Another AD from a major program. Utah took what's his name from us...

A retread hire --Hey, Texas, thanks, again! Retreads always come with baggage. But they are cheaper! They need to be cheaper or sponsored.

Only comment on the newbie thing. If it was going to be the guy from the TSA with USF ties and experience in the sports field it might not have been a bad thing.  But for the most part I agree with your analysis.

USF couldn’t have afforded CCS without his paycheck from UT,  and won’t be able to retain him wihen that ends.

Where is USF going to get the money needed to hire an AD away from a major program?

Unlike Rob Harris,  Associate/Asst. ADs from major programs aren’t newbies.
