I disagree. He has that same influence that LeRoy had. Florida grown, respected college and NFler , community influence , and can carry a board room.  He’s got way more street cred then the other. And from what I heard if Higgins really wanted it he would have gotten it instead of Harlan. He didn’t want it.

Also agree that Higgins would have taken the job last go round if he really wanted it ....... but you never know, might be at a point in his life that he's up for a HUGE challenge.
