Then what's the purpose? It seems directed at me and not really providing anything towards the discussion itself.

My lord thin skin.  I didn't create the emojis.  I guess I could continue to point out how ridiculous it is to complain about a guy throwing 6 innings of 0-1 ER ball.  I chose the more humorous, lighthearted  route

It just didn't seem necessary. along worth all the comments about Shane supposedly stealing my girlfriend (which has come up multiple times). i'm also not the only one who feels Shane needs to be better, just the only one you seem to want to "joke" with. You should probably only do that with people you know personally.

Back to the topic at hand, does anyone know what the contingency is if the weather doesn't cooperate and they can't get through all of the games in time? I imagine that they will have enough breaks in the rain to get them all in, but that may mean playing well into the night. Is there a rule about the time that a game must be postponed?

Found the answer to my own question:

"In the event that the tournament cannot be completed, then no champion would be declared," Sullivan said. "The automatic bid to the NCAA Championship would go to the highest remaining seed."
