We'll take the W, but the past 7 games - 11, 17, 6, 9, 10, 6, 8 = 67 runs allowed!

All this pissing and moaning and it's our best conference record and highest finish since joining the AAC ..... 🙄

It is nice, maybe we win one this week.  Maybe we don't .... 

either way we'll be playing in the regionals the next weekend

I think we need to be extremely happy to be in the position that we are. 

We should also be extremely happy that we came away with this series. 

If feels like we are stumbling into the conference tournament which isn't good but we should have a rested number one ready for the tournament, which is good because we are going to need to squeeze every inning possible out of him to have a chance in the tournament.

But last year’s team was better IMO. Starting pitching was much more consistent and the bullpen was better. Of course it’s hard to compare one year to another as the quality of competition on each team changes. That being said, if this team/program finally wins a conference tournament it will be memorable regardless of what happens in the regionals.
