USF at Wichita State * (ESPN3) * - 3 p.m.

Sunday, May 13
USF at Wichita State (ESPN3) * - 11:30 a.m.
Oklahoma at UCF - 1 p.m.
Cincinnati at ECU * - 1 p.m.
Houston at UConn * - 1 p.m.
Memphis at Tulane * - 2 p.m.

 It looks like all three games will be on ESPN 3. It also looks like a big week for the AAC, it would worth keeping an eye on the UH/Uconn and ECU/ Cin games. All four teams are right there in thick of the race for the regular season title. Although UH still sits in the driver seat.

These next two series are so important for USF Baseball to make a statement.  Both road series, both extremely important.

Gotta win the series, and that means we gotta win on Friday night.  Shane needs to lead us to victory.  Hopefully the bats stay hot too.

Only USF can have a top 10 pick who isn't an automatic win just about every time he pitches.  Every time I see McClanahan pitch I wonder if he has any coaching at all or just does whatever he wants.  He is the definition of a thrower and not a pitcher.  He should dial back the velocity a little and actually try to control the ball in the strike zone.

I’m really intrigued (or maybe irked) by how much he’s underperformed. I was thrilled to watch him going into this season and he hasn’t lived up to expectations at all. He’s letting mediocre teams compete and I’m really confused by his performances considering the head coach was a former pitching coach.
