Smoltz and Glavin too. They just took pride in being an all around ball player instead of just a pitcher. When you read Smoltz's book he talks about how they  wanted to compete in all aspects of the game including hitting and especially their defensive abilities from the mound. Obviously their is only one GG to go around and that usually went to the MadDawg (18 times!!) but the other two were good too. Lots of lesson for pitchers in observing how that rotation went about their business.
