Toss in Taxis and you have Vegas’ transit system. And UNLV draws pretty ok.

I lived in So. Jersey for years and could take the High Speed Line into Phila.  Can't do that from Wesley Chapel to Tampa.  They actually have things called subways up there.  Not saying I miss living up there but mass transit down here is non existent.

There are also numerous schools in and around Philly (St. Joes, Drexel, LaSalle, Villanova, Penn, etc).  USF is the only game in town.

Lived in Philly for five years while I taught at Penn and Drexel. The subway system there is "fair" at best. The rail out to the burbs was pretty good but that subway system was limited, late, and nasty.
