If you want a bargain, they do have the $99 tix this thread is all about. Coming off a 21-4 two year run not sure why an increase would be a problem ..... strike while the iron is hot. What I did have a little bit of a problem with was the politician-like assertion that there was no season ticket price increase this year.

How about a 2/3 empty stadium?

Edit: Having said that I'm pretty sure I'll be buying at any price point. But don't say you didn't raise prices. Sounds like Fake News.

I believe on average the stadium is less than half full already

That was meant from a season ticket holder perspective. From a USF perspective, you're probably going to have a 2/3 empty stadium no matter what so may as well go ahead and take advantage financially while you can ...

I've had my seats for 9 years now, had just assumed that since they hadn't announced an increase that the per game price would be the same.

Really, if they were going to do that they should have just kept our money from last year.  I know that would have pi$$ed people off and you wouldn't get some people to renew.  But they are still screwing us over. I just hate the fact that they are telling us that season ticket prices are the same as last year. Not when you deduct the money they refunded.

Meh, consider it you paid for 6 and got one for free last year so the prices stayed the same

Look, we donate plenty but I hate, hate being lied to. Don't hand me a crap sandwich and tell me its a wagyu beef burger.

They aren't technically lying. The price for season tickets seems to be remaining the same. However, the quantity that you get has gone down. Santitas Tortilla Chips used to be 16 ounces for $2.00. Now, you get 12 ounces for $2.00. The price for a bag of chips is the same, but the price per ounce has increased. All a matter of perspective, but they aren't lying in saying that SEASON ticket prices remain the same. I understand being a little bit upset, but, in my opinion, it isn't that egregious.

Not sure they could have legally kept the money last year. Pretty sure that would have been stealing. While I would have preferred they hadn't made a point about saying the season tix being the same price as last year, which they are, I agree with Pulpit that it's just not that egregious.

Believe it is to be announced this week. I am officilly a Season Ticket holder again. It's about time. Seats are in 128-131 and the visiting section was shrunk.

MTSU has been doing this for years, glad USF is moving up in the world
