Interesting how this could happen. They should be fined the extra practices and forfeit the game.

Why do I feel that if a G5 did this, the NCAA would do exactly what you suggested?

Isn't the NCAA the main one who should have caught this in the first place?

I'm pretty sure they contacted Delaware St. about this and they had enough scholarships.
