I hope the players aren't as satisfied with this season ass some of the ppl on this board. Another Season without a championship. It's getting old. UCF has blown by us as a Program. Sad.

I wonder if ACC/FSU wanted no part of us and the powers that be wanted to keep them away.  Seeing as their team is in disarray , no coach, we would probably kill them so they thought it was best to avoid us because I see no reason that a USF/FSU match up couldn't have been made if the main objective is Money for bowl games.

I think it was more a case of it was CUSA's turn to supply a team if they had one eligible ... AAC put Tulsa there in 2015 when one of bowl tie conf couldn't deliver.

We play Texas Tech back in Birmingham. I’m bummed out, but mostly because I’m not a fan of Birmingham.
