Winning and coaching bowl games is overrated. If you’re coaching in those games it means you weren’t good enough to get a new gig, which should happen every year apparently.

 

i wonder if recruits will start committing to schools they think the coach of their choice will be hired at next? This carousel thing is going to hurt the game

So does Leavitt go to FSU with Willie as a DC or does he get the UofOR HC job?  And if Chucky goes somewhere can CJL come back?  And would/should he?  I think I may just highjacked a thread.  I'm sorry I did this...lol

As always, the coaching carousel is fun to watch. Few of my UCF friends are already in mourning, and there's no shoes dropped yet. Of course, I always agree with them though...it's bad, really really bad. :)

In the immortal words of Taylor Swift - We are never ever ever getting back together. 

I have nothing against CJL and would kind of love to have him back but you don't fire a coach for hitting a player and bring him back.
