I got UPS email saying I could pick them up tomorrow at the local store I had requested them to be sent to.

The University of Central Florida's drug and alcohol policy states that the sale, service, possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall comply with state and federal laws. This policy shall remain in effect for all home football games. However, county ordinances relating to open containers shall not be applicable or enforced during the following times, thereby permitting alcoholic beverages to be consumed during these authorized hours only by anyone 21 years of age or older.

• For weekend games starting before 6 p.m., the open-container waiver shall be in effect from 8 a.m. until game start.
• For weekend games starting at 6 p.m. or later, the open-container waiver shall be in effect from 12 p.m. until game start. 
• For weekday games (including Tulane on Oct. 7), the open-container waiver shall be in effect from 4 p.m. until game start.

 

I guess the open-container waiver will not apply to this game, since it starts at 3:30pm. Better be careful drinking on campus for this game.

Talked to some at the game tonight who bought end zone  tickets yesterday for $100 each.

After some minor chaos (had tickets, then no longer had access to those said tickets), I was able to snag a couple of student guest tickets from a friend. A small "Herd" of us will be rocking our Green and Gold in either Section 123 or 124!

wow, I never even got an email stating I could buy tickets. whatever. going to watch a much more exciting usf game vs. Arkansas st. where the team is trying to go 2 games in a row without losing by double digits. here's to hoping!
