Apis Bull Posted October 24, 2017 Group: Member Topic Count: 1,586 Content Count: 23,185 Reputation: 2,332 Days Won: 65 Joined: 09/05/2002 Posted October 24, 2017 Based on how the season is going so far and the fact that it is HIGHLY unlikely we'd even sniff the playoffs, here's my perfect playoff scenario: Penn State (or other Big 10 rep) Alabama Georgia Notre Dame That would leave the ACC, PAC12, and the Big 12 out of the playoffs. IMO, the playoffs would be expanded for next season almost immediately.

It will be LSU/BAMA all over again. I mean they will end the season playing Bama in the conference championship. If they lose, no reason for them in the playoff at all.

If TCU loses, the Big 12 has a chance to be out. The ACC would need Miami to lose maybe two and Clemson, one more.
