UL was invited for its football prowess. The ACC wants great academic schools-they made an exception for UL, and it paid off for them. That said, USF and UCF would not get in there yet due to the same academic reasons. Miami won't get booted out, they have substantially improved their academics and their football team is back to being a conference headliner, but I could see UL getting booted if they could find a replacement-perhaps they do a double invitation for Texas/Texas Tech?
