Per the repeal, it doesn't necessarily look like it since getting up the tiers in Bulls Club would work towards your season tickets. Perhaps if you made an unrestricted gift (I will research further). If you made donations to the general athletics funds or to scholarships for student athletes, I think those would be ok.
