Yetna had his best game in the round of 16 against the Czech Republic.

He played 15 minutes, scored 13 pts and had 10 rebounds.

So proud of 1 of our incoming freshman, Alexis Yetna, for his huge game today in the FIBA U20 Euro championship! 13 points and 10 rebounds!

 

 

Next game is the quarter finals on 1/20 

France against Serbia.

Yetna only played three minutes, which is surprising considering he played 15 minutes and did very well in yesterday's game.

I read an article on the game against the Czech Republic. France had gotten off to a slow start, so the coach pulled some of his starting players and that is how Yetna was able to get fifteen minutes of playing time and was able to show how well he could do:

So, it seems strange to me that Yetna did not get more minutes against Serbia.

Hopefully, he gets more of a chance to play against israel in their semi-final today.

France lost to Israel.

Yetna played 15 minutes and went 2/4 FG and had six rebounds.

France will play the loser of  Greece/Spain for 3rd place.
