What is going on with Temple? Yikes

We easily could have been in their shoes. They lost a great, young coach and weren't able to gain any traction in recruiting after he left. It is a testament to what an incredible job Strong and Co. did in building this class.

Well now it looks like they have a total of 5 3* but still not very many.

The "announcements" are usually way ahead of official recognition bu USF ... There was a long lag between the Bell announcement and the USF acknowledgment.

Right but everyone else has been announced at this point. Maybe it's nothing, just going based off uncertainty of the pros.

The recruiting success of PSU, Maryland, and Syracuse is hurting too.  Only so much talent up there.

Does the number available include schollies available from the departures of Cherry and Woulard?

Woulard was off of my list, but Cherry was still on it. So, without further attrition, we have 20 open roster spots. We have 19 signees and 2 preferred walk-ons, so at least one person will be odd man out between our roster and the new guys. Of course, it still doesn't answer the total number of scholarships question.

No scholarship restraints.  All MidShipman are on scholarship

Walk ons don't get scholarships
