He's already here and knows if he says no he's let go. It also allows him to leave easier if a better job comes calling (which means he would have won here). 

I agree no coach is coming here for that deal, but a coach already here is different, and it is better than his current deal (and better than his last head coaching deal at ETSU.

Bartow if they can't lure a big time mid level type Coach. If it's Bartow or who ever, that coach has to have a chance at hiring a staff and be able to recruit this spring. I would like for a new coach to be put in place quickly after the regular season ends.

Barrow can get us 12 to 14 wins a year. That's what this program is nothing more. Too bad we don't have the $ to make a splash.
